Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on our flexibility to accommodate everyone as best as we can. This policy is in place to ensure that everyone receives the best possible service.

 

Late Arrivals: If you are 15 minutes late, your session will be shortened to allow proper sanitation and preparation for the next client.

 

No-Shows: Non-refundable.

 

Cancellations: Non-refundable. If rescheduled before the 24-hour cutoff time, client may “Redeem” the session via our online booking system. This applies only to the first cancellation; further cancellations are non-refundable and will be marked as a "No Show."

 

Same-Day Cancellations: Will be marked as a “No Show” or can be rescheduled with a $40 late fee for non-mobile services or $80 for mobile services. This applies only to the first cancellation; further cancellations are non-refundable and will be marked as a "No Show."

COVID-19/Illness Policy: If you're unwell or suspect exposure to COVID-19, please reschedule immediately. A one-time grace period for late rescheduling is allowed. This applies only to the first rescheduling; further changes will incur a $40 fee or may be non-refundable at the therapist’s discretion.

 

Expiration: All Packs, Gift Cards, eGift Cards, Gift Certificates, Holiday Specials, and scheduled sessions expire 2 months from the purchase date.
